Approach

Architected and led a 6-programme SPARK portfolio on a 5-year 2025–2030 roadmap: BDX (Business Development Experience), SCE (Supply Chain Efficiency), CX (Customer Experience), CP (Company Productivity), Support (Tender Support), and Others (Vertical Support) — each with its own cross-functional team, product roadmap, and expanding module set.

Outcome

75+ initiatives across 6 workstreams: 19 delivered on or ahead of plan, 0 at risk or delayed. Portfolio runs on a lean software estate at about SGD 1K per module per month.
